wine & culinary
Over the past two decades, Israel has become a much sought-after destination for its world-class wineries and viticulture. Join us for a two-day tasting extravaganza with two routes to choose from.
Judean Hills & the Carmel
or
Carmel to Galilee
For guests overnighting in Tel Aviv, we break this tour into two regions: the Judean Hills and the Carmel Region. Both are home to some of Israel’s finest wines and some wonderful friends we love to visit, allowing guests to enjoy two exciting regions, each with its own style and flavor.
For guests overnighting with us on the Carmel, we visit the Galilee for the second day of tasting and travel together. This route allows guests to take in some of the wineries of the Lower Galilee, including Jezreel Valley, Tulip, and Sadot, among a few of our favorites.
Whichever route you choose, each day lets us enjoy two wineries as well as an attraction in the region, so we can appreciate that the terroir in this land is not only about the wine, but also about what is revealed when we dig a little deeper into the ground, history, and culture.
When you take a wine tour with us, you enjoy the dual nature of your host being both a classically trained tour guide and a sommelier with a deep love for wine, travel, and Israel.
Our culinary travels also benefit from a land rich in food culture, from the seven ancient species of the Jewish people to the contemporary food and restaurant scene shaping this delicious country today. We love to spoil our guests on this foodie excursion, and with everything included, you can sip back and enjoy the ride while we whisk you away on a tasting journey around Israel.
